Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available worldwide. However, there are a few countries we don't ship to due to legal restrictions and/or shipping carrier limitation: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
Due to Covid-19, we temporally don't ship to: Brunei, Chad, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon islands, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.
[Orders within the EU] How long does shipping take?
For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.
Do you offer shipping with tracking?
Yes, all Printful's shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
Where are your fulfillment centers?
We have fulfillment centers in the US — Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, CA (pack-ins only), in Canada —Toronto, Ontario, and in Europe — Riga, Latvia, or Barcelona, Spain.
How long does fulfillment take?
The fulfillment times for all of our products are within the 2–7 business day timeframe. Some orders might be delayed because of apparel industry stock issues.
Can I choose where my products are fulfilled?
No, it's not possible to choose a specific fulfillment center for your orders. Having Printful pick the best fulfillment center for your orders allows us to ensure that the shipping process runs smoothly as we continue to grow.
